Spice (especially pepper), salami, sausage, violets, dark plums and dark chery, anise. Vibrant and fresh palate, the round and slightly viscous mouthfeel of Aussie Shiraz, fine grained mouthfilling tannins underpinning it. Good, and would love to see this in 10 years' time (a recurring theme with Lethbridge reds). No way is it worth its RRP of AUD95 now, but maybe it would be in time...
