NOSE: fresh, “wet,” slightly “warm” Chardonnay Nose; light note of white popcorn; a bit tropical.

BODY: light green-yellow color; medium-light bodied.

TASTE: clean; slightly oily mouthfeel; not oaky; light to moderate fruit presence; 12.5% alc. is not noticeable; lots of mineral, especially on the finish, which is of medium-light to medium intensity and medium-long to long in length; good acidity; paired well with chicken marinated and roasted with olive oil, brown mustard, rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice ---- this was better with food than without. A bit simple, but still very good.
