We have enjoyed several bottles. It is lean and more mineral compared to CA Chardonnays. The nose is pleasant and herbal. Not much color in the glass. The taste includes subtle lemon and a slight richness that is most pleasing. Moderate acidity and body. Pairs very with cheese starters and halibut main.
Pretty lean and not giving much immediatly upon opening, even after a couple of hours being open. A little bit that was left on day two definitely gave more aromatically and showed more weight and richness on the palate. Maybe it's shutting down? Tough to say if it's worth the price.
