  • Typical Saar, lemon, tropical fruit, very minor honey and good acidity with hints of citrus for the balance..
The bottles i opened last year have'nt been that good. Obviously needs some time and will be fine until 2018 to 2020.
    Solid Riesling!

  • $13 wholesale. Light yellow-green. Stone fruit, citrus and crazy menthol aroma. The most menthol smelling bottle of wine I have perhaps ever encountered. Doesnt lack the acidity of many 11's. Thank you Saar. Palate is light-medium body, off dry, medium plus acid, stone fruits (no whiff of botrytis), citrus. Quite a bit of drive to this.
Finish is only medium. Lacks the punch of a Zilliken or the best Saar producers
