Nice black fruit but still heavy tannins. Very pleasant wine with beef, but not sure it will ever smooth out to where the tannins aren't overpowering on every sip without a bite of food. Give it another two years.

Tastes like a 2007 Rhone Grenache. Very ripe with some red fruits. So ripe that all the Cabernet character is stripped away. High alcohol cocktail wine for those who enjoy this style. Nothing offensive about the wine, just that it doesn't taste like Cabernet.

This had a nice balance to it, which surprised me. Fruit rouge, moderate tannins and acidity, nothing over the top. It had a fair amount of sediment.

Decent cab. Not off the charts, but good with a steak.
