My bottle. Guesses went straight to Bordeaux as expected. More developed than I thought it would be based on the last bottle. Ready to drink now but no hurry.

Maybe this one needed a decade or so to come into its own but I really enjoyed my bottle. Dark purple. Dense mouthfeel. Medium+ acidity but not overpowering. Mellow fruit with a hint of bramble. Tobacco. Probably would have guessed it for a Bordeaux.

A Garagiste purchase, the wine initially had zero redeeming qualities-- no fruit, just shrill acidity and nasty plastic flavors that offered no hope for the future. I had four bottles and set the other remaining three in a corner to dispose of later. Years passed. Yesterday we opened a bottle in order to pour them out, and lo and behold this is a credible wine now. Wouldn't call it ready yet, in fact wouldn't open another until 2025, but this has dense Bordeauxish fruit that can actually go the distance with that acidity. Will be a remarkable, long-lived wine.

Like others before me, this wine has improved each time I've had it... but it started out not very good several years ago (overly acidic and lacking fruit) and at its best early in 2018 was mildly interesting (somehow it has no less fruit, and the acid has receded) when paired with food.
For those holding, I can at least say it is not going downhill.

Last of three bottles: improvement with each increment of age, but still has significant acid that negatively affects the overall experience. Certainly not worth the price I paid.
