  Beautiful nose of raspberries, red currants, fresh young cherries, autumn leaves, mushrooms, hints of farmyard, dried spices from the oak. The palate is more delicate than the nose suggests, but the fruit is very much present, particularly the red berry notes. Nice secondary characteristics kick in on the upper middle palate. Acidity is still very fresh, making this delightful with many dishes. This really blossomed once open. I think this is probably at its peak. Very good red Burgundy at a good price.
