Apparently this is something of a Unicorn in the Cellar Tracker world. My first experience with Caino. Dark red color, limited transparency. Aromas of moss, raspberry, cinnamon, and dust. Palate has dusty (Sangiovese-like) dustiness that covers the fruit initially. With some food, this shows raspberry, plum, and some leafy notes. The finish is medium-long. Tannins not fully resolved and expect this will hold with more cellar time, but unclear if/how it would evolve. Drink or hold.

Raul Perez is a genius and it's only a shame he doesn't make more of this
