The bracing minerality and acidity of a good muscadet, with all the chard elements layered on top (apple/pear tart, slight banana in the mouth). Reminds me of standing on a bluff above the sea the day after a good storm. Extraordinary with a dozen oysters, but the chard elements made it versatile pairing-wise and it worked with almost every dish we served, all the way to cheese and dessert. One of the best white wines I've had in a long time.

Good lemon flavors, a hint of apple and pear, some salinity, and decent acidity.
