    Sparkling tasting (Riga): Deeper yellow colour. Nose of sea and oysters, very mineral. This was very different from the rest of the set, lovely oily texture. The nose also had notes of gasoline and iodine, but not too much, it was even interesting, may be it was reduction? Also curry and jerez notes as well as butter. Very interesting, different and peculiar. I would gladly have another bottle and savour it longer. (B)
