Moderately deep yellow-green color. Somewhat simple and rather reticent nose with some vague, sweet tropical fruit, red apple, a little bit of steely minerality and some reductive smoky character. The wine is rather full-bodied, medium-dry and quite focused on the palate with moderately high acidity. There are rich yet quite bright flavors of cantaloupe, sweet yellow apples, some lemony citrus fruit, a little bit of fruit gum candies and a hint of steeliness. The finish is refreshing and bright but also quite modest in length with rather light flavors of citrus fruits, unripe apples, some sweeter exotic fruits, a hint of gummi bear candies and a touch of honeydew melon.
A bit predictable off-dry Chenin Blanc that most likely tries to emulate the classic, off-dry Loire valley style, but ends up just being a bit anonymous and quite tropical in style. The wine shows terrific balance between the fruit and the acidity, but flavor-wise there is pretty little of interest. A well-made but a bit boring off-dry wine for everyday use. Decent value at 10,99€.

My previous tasting notes still apply. A drinkable, but also a rather predictable and a bit boring semi-dry Chenin Blanc.
