  • 8C, pristine, a whiff of smokey oak dominates; 11C some butter, florals, still with lots of oak; full and round but not heavy, doesn't have lees flavours - just a lot of lees-derived round texture, well judged acidity (freshens up just a tad in the finish but is never sharp) - it's actually quite low acid I spose (S), long and quite a lovely finish of fruit and oak, not elusive in any way and not particularly complex, but well balanced, decent flavoured and enjoyable but a bit disappointing
