An unusual blend of 49% Riesling, 29% Marsanne, 22% Sauvignon Blanc The Marsanne is dominating the first nose impression, then come the typical herbal-mineral notes of the Sauvignon Blanc creating an unusual sensation. On the palate the Riesling softens the other varieties but doesn't dominate the flavours. A long herbal-mineral ending dominats the aftertaste.

I think this is an underappreciated wine. The rarer gapes (Marsanne, Rousanne) for Australian wines really adds, I think, some wonderful qualities. I thought it was crisp, supremely floral, quite balanced and most certainly unique. The second day a lot of the more distinctive qualities dulled and the wine became too one note for me.
