great sweet earth and primary plum on the nose; raspberry and a bit of cement to start, then opens up to reveal big perfectly ripe and slightly sweet mixed wild berry; fine acidity keeps the big fruit bright. Good structure; This works with food (or at least with sausage and pizza); another burt street wine that is still getting better.

fading a bit, such that you notice the metallic component of the grenache; a food wine.

Medium to full body; opens up over one hr with smooth mixed red raspberry and wild berry; some slate; good acidity keeps all this fruit lively.
