  • Red garnet with a slight haze. Nose is jammy and a bit vegetal . Nose experience repeats on the palate. Wine is a bit thin with a tart cherry finish. It is about what you'd expect from an $8 or $9 cabernet.

  • Nothing special, but basically OK. They did not over extract, or over oak. It tastes a little artificial. Barely medium bodied. The color is dark red, just barely opaque. There is some road tar, violets, black cherry, and blackberry preserves on the nose. As it crosses the palate, the black fruit has a touch of diesel and tar that hurts the score. The tar and diesel dissipates as the glass gets some air, so the vinturi would really help. Not much oak. The acid is a little raw. I wish the finish was less industrial and more fruity.
