  • Late night Maison Dakota. 375ml bottle. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Lots of crystals sediment at end of bottle.
Appearance medium intensity, rose gold colour. Thin legs.
Nose pronounced intensity, with aromas of marmalade, botrytis spice, canned peaches, citrus orange peel, just a slight hint of petroleum. Developed.
On the palate, sweet, medium acidity, low alcohol (7.5%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of marmalade, citrus orange, botrytis spice, honey, honeysuckle + chrysanthemum flowers. Medium+ finish.
Good quality. Acidity could be better, and the minerals didn't show up for me. But otherwise quite an enjoyable marmalade and botrytis style sweet drink.
