  100% Pinot Noirs, elegant, medium gold in color and fully sparkling. Buttery on the pallet, well balance, soft red berry fruit. It is long, focused, rich, and lively in the mouth with good weight and a nice mousse. Solid and delicious with a fine rich feel. The tiny pearls fizz on the tongue at start, then finish with a clean, soft and dry linger. Married well with Cumin Hummus stuffed tomato, Broiled Lobster Tails, served with black lentil pilaf. A must from Hand Picked Selections.
