Yellow gold color. Nose of pears and apples with nuts, honey and hints of herbalness. Apricot, peaches, lemons and grapefruit in the flavor with notes of minerality. An elegant, complex wine, very well balanced with nice acidity, full bodied and a long lingering finish. Very impressive.

Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of matchstick, fresh cut grass, talc and Anjou pears. Flavors of apricot core, peaches and lemons. Tart acidity, full bodied. Drink now.

A magnificent wine! Nose of lychee, honeycomb, almond past, apple cider. Beautiful rich mouth feel and finish. Balanced acidity. Very enjoyable. Would be amazing with an apple cake, shellfish, bouillabaisse; perhaps I'm hungry now? Haha!

Yellow, gold color. Nose evolved over an hour nor so, to an elegant floral scent of pear and honey, the bouquet was akin to a great white burgundy. Lots of fruit and acidity, like the nose the taste evolved over 60-90 minutes as the sweetness of the semillon became more present. Great balance and power and a long, elegant finish. My sense is the wine will show well for at least 5 more years.

This is aging really well. Medium to full bodied. Exotic but nicely balanced with decent acidity. Grapefruit, orange peel, and wax. This has good focus and poise. I would drink it now though as I don’t know how much longer it can hold.
