Golden yellow. Straw The wine looks straw colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like hay/straw. It tastes like mineral. The body is medium. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.

A delicious wine, happily walking its own chosen path through life. Non-mainstream.
Golden pink. Nose with flowery components on a foundation of solid Trappiste Beer notes, iodine, chalk. Very attractive! Per os, this is more of a bagatelle. Even if it's tremendously appealing, it's still a simple wine. M acids and M body with not so much length and lacking in intensity. But married some of the more light dishes. One glass fr glass btl at fabulous La Rochelle in Akasaka ('Sanno').
