  • one of the best Barbera i ever had. An explosion of seductive scents at the opening with dark fruit prevailing and gentle wood complementing. Taste is consistent with a round and juicy attack pleasing palate, with a little bitterness in the aftertaste. Tannins still there, giving this Pomorosso still some life ahead. In a fall evening, where the sun is setting faster and faster

  • Deep ruby red color, magenta rim on the glass. No hint of brick red around the edges. Savory nose with some red fruit mixed with forest floor, maybe some damp earth, a hint of baking spices. Much more spice on the palate, with delicious fruit and savory notes. Long finish, with very fine tannins. Pretty delicious.

  • Nebbiolo tasting. A delicious Barbera. Ready to drink. Dark purple color. Ahead of traditional berries presence. Vanilla and caramel in nose. Structured and complex in mouth. Alcohol balanced. Original and distinct. Best of the night

  • The color is dark deep and dense red with flashes of purple. On the nose is powerful: alcohol at first then cherries and finally mushrooms, very intense and evolving in the glass. In the mouth it's like fireworks: cherry confiture, sweet plums, then the meaty flavour comes, like raw ham and finally an hint of dark chocolate. This wine is exceptional, has an incredible persistence, the tannis are round and integrate perfectly with the overall bouquet, giving a silky feeling to the palate. Can age, but right now is gorgeous.
