  • A nice dry Riesling for a warm evening like this ... Lemon gold. A whiff of turpentine followed by rocky minerals, citrus and peach. On palate, a mineral, citric entry. The racy acidity and minerals build, and expand, across the mid palate, introducing sewing machine oil and notes of greengages and other orchard fruit. It finishes quite long and parched dessert dry. It probably has a few more grams or residual sugar than I'm seeing here but it drinks like 3-4 grams ... Drink or hold for more secondary development.
