Pronounced, developing nose with blackberry, blueberry, cream and smoke. A floral note as well. Te palate shows a slight sweetness from residual sugar, with massive fruit, good acidity, very high alcohol (15%) and a medium level of soft tannins. Concentrated its intense flavour of blackberry, blueberry, cream and some yoghurt notes. Manages to stay fresh, at this point quite straightforward. Will probably develop positively a couple of years, but not enough tannins for laying down for a long time. The yoghurt note also makes me hesitant mahout keeping, but I am not as critical of this wine as Wine Spectator was. This is all about fruit right now, and will pair well with a good burger.

Tasted at CV trade show. Layered, rich, wonderful Malbec. 2% Cabernet blended in. This is soft with red and black fruit, elegant, light pepper, sweet pepper, medium and easy tannins. Velvety stuff.
Tasted again 9/11/13 at the Beautiful South wine show in London. Similar impression.
