  2007 Burgs, round 1 (Noize): Upon being poured, and for about half an hour afterwards, this wine's rich and fragrant aroma surged out of the glass, and it tasted like an elixir - clear WOTN for that period. Oddly at around the same time as its flight-mate woke up this wine decided to sit on its haunches a little: still good from that point, but less expressive and shorter. Presumably a little more time will make things more consistent.
