This lands right between a dessert wine and other sherries. It aged very well too. 10+ years and it probably could have continued aging in the bottle. We paired with a variety of dry and sharp cheeses. This was perfect. Usually can be found for a reasonable price making it a great value.

Thick, oily with beautiful polished dark amber color. Intense nose of ripe fig and cherry liquer. Very sweet but very balanced palate, long. Craving for another sip or bite of some rich dessert. Great wine for happy celebrations.
