  Appearance
  The wine is clear and bright, medium lemon-gold, with tears.
  Nose
  Clean with medium (-) intensity aromas of citrus fruit, wax and honey. Developing.
  Palate:
  The wine is dry (with some sweet-mature spott) with medium + acidity , medium balanced alcohol and medium + body. The wine has medium + flavour intensity of lemon fruit, spice, wax and honey. The finish is medium.
  Detailed Quality Assessment:
  Good quality. The wine is Clean, correct with balance between acid, body structure and frutiness. The wine lacks complexity and aroma intensity but it is showing the tipicity of grape from the Alsace region.
  Can drink now but it has potential for ageing 3-5 years. The acidity and fruit are in balance now but the wine has a good acidity and body structure for capability for furhter evolution.
