The golden, matte honey color is really striking and signals age. It's an oaky, deep and rich wine that makes you want to savor it. Tasted a glass at Jeju Noodle Bar in NYC where they were pouring it out of a magnum.

What a beauty in the glass with its bling-bling golden yellow shining miraculously. The nose shows splashes of ripe apricot, buttered toast, lemongrass and wet stone. The alcohol is a bit hot. Medium body, salty AS FUCK (it's like I dived into a bucket of salt water and started flapping my tongue around it), with a long mineral-iodine aftertaste. I like the way this wine is made (undeniably a food wine), but if you asked me if I'd buy another bottle, the answer would definitely be "no". Too high alcohol which needs better integration with the acidity, powerhouse of flavors that I'm not a huge fan of and all around bitterness that jumps around at each corner.
