Community Tasting Notes (2) Avg Score: 91.5 points

  • Two years after the first bottle--this is a revelation. Nose is beautiful upon opening and the body is lite-Burgundy like. Tannins are perfectly integrated giving the slightest black tea flavor, smooth and enduring. Also some unusual wood and indian spice flavors. Finish moves gradually into anise and orange rind with pepper. Very good.

  • Thoroughly enjoyable, rustic, spicy style of Sonoma Pinot. Fruit was forward, but in no way flabby. Spice, herb, fruit and barnyard all nicely balanced.
