  Surprisingly good still. Balanced fruit earthy notes and spice. Acid is moderate with fine tannins and a long finish. Opened 2 hours prior. Maybe the best low price Tuscan for the year.

  Medium purple just going garnet. Oak and spice on the black cherry. Decanted and Becoming balanced acid and tannins. OK but probably past due. Day 2 brings some red rasin and licorice and drink with food.

  Nose of tart cherries and red twizzler w/ black pepper and bell pepper. Palate shows red fruit with a sharp vegetal streak of bell and jalapeño pepper. Fruit was bright and tannins were firm and structured ... Loved the vegetal aspect of this wine ... it drank well throughout the night
