2011 Italy Tenuta Di Somaro Puglia 70/30 Aglianico/Primitivo 6 months oak. I hope that I have a few more bottles of this laying around. I guess I got it from the WSJ wine club. It has a lovely deep red color. A nice aroma and a lasting finish. I am glad that I waited for this wine to blossom.

Dry wine, medium acidity, presenting raisin and black cherry. Medium finish with tannin lingering on the tongue. Nice wine.

Decent food wine for the price. good nose, a little sharp on the palate, but medium length. More enjoyable with food.
