  Fine acid structure that is in informed by a soft texture, completely dry, fine peachy pinot gris fruit, finish tails off slightly but this is in no way over-bearing and offers an excellent rendition of the varietal. Round beeswax nuance emerges with air. Straight ahead wine that is impeccably made.

  Surprisingly good pinot gris, with good character, vibrant acidity, excellent concentration and some beautiful beeswax nuances. A dry pinot gris that does not become overbearing and has good levels of complexity.
