Dark fruit on nose, perfumed with some savoury oak Some fragrance here and ripe tannins Definitely not inaccessible but not that complex either Long finish Keep. Very expensive £90

Blind tasting of 2011 and 2012 red Bordeaux. Dark fruit, spices, quite herbal, even slightly vegetal. Nice spicy finish, but a little thin on the palate. Quite delicate. 88-90+

The best wine yet from Peter Sisseck and Silvio Denz is deep in color. With a chocolate covered, boysenberry and licorice filled personality, the wine is fleshy, flashy and fresh. In the mouth, luscious textures meld with ripe, black raspberries, licorice and hints of cocoa. The wine reached 13.2% alcohol. 89-91 Pts

Tastet up against Sisseck Tempranillo. Quite fresh and elegant. Typical St Emillon. Low notes from the oak.

Medium bodied, with a core of fresh, spicy, earthy black raspberries and dark chocolate covered cherries, this plush, polished will drink well young.
