  Very light apricot and saline notes. This is a subtle wine and won’t improve. Disappointing.

  Like all great late harvest wines, the bouquet of this Viognier explodes from the glass. Cascading aromas of ripe tropical passion fruit and intense citrus pineapple fall into white flower blossoms and peach. The palate is pleasantly sweet with moderate acid, ripe pears, peach skin and a clean finish. Enjoy now for distinct and assertive characteristics or age in bottle for more balanced flavor and aroma integration.

  Nose of apricots, wet stone, and spice. The palate has similar notes, although the flavors are not as complex as I remember from the tasting room. Finish is a bit shorter than I'd like. I will hold my other bottle for a few years to see if it gains complexity.
