Not all the peaches, but also a dash of ash. Ripe lime, Flinty, beer-y, in the best way, and not at all like the Noblaie Chenin, where I found a more distracting beer-ishness. That's Bill's 'hops' note. A bit of truffle? Lots of sandlewood on the palate too. An awesome little wine.

Wild Style. Green tea aromas to the nose. Ash. Palate shows a distinctly black tea note, finishing of green tea ice cream. Tree fruit on the palate. Drinks more like a NE Italian blend, as opposed to the Loire Valley SB it be. Very intriguing wine.

TasteLive #Touraine: Setting the International Standard for Sauvignon Blanc (TasteLive.com): (12.5%) 100% Sauvignon Blanc –Soft, fleshy sweet and spiced with peach (and like stone fruit) backed by perfumed, floral blossom notes coupled with mineral acidity that lasts throughout a refreshing finish. Dry, crisp and tasty. A veritable steal at $14 with a nice balance of mineral and fruit. Obviously I really enjoyed it...

Creamy peachy on the nose. Ripe canned peaches. Bill says hopps. As in beer. Saline and salt on the palate ( in a good way).
