  Tasting really good right now !! At peak !! I agree with my tasting notes of the past 5 months !!
  A perfect cork after over a decade in the bottle. Consumed this bottle over two days. This balanced wine showed well on both days. Deep ruby color with no oxidation, clarity good. Aromas of pomegranate and cranberry. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry, and black tea with a hint of forest floor. This Pinot Noir has a medium to long finish. A balanced and flavorful Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley appellation from the estate in Quail Hill Vineyard. Bliss block is located just below Bliss House and was planted in 2000 to a mix of Dijon clones. This age worthy wine has more years of life left. I still have one bottle remaining in the cellar and will try another soon the validate this tasting note. Great fruit selection and great winemaking delivers a very special wine.

  Wow ! Tasting really good right now !! A perfect cork after over a decade in the bottle. Consumed over two days. This balanced wine showed more fresh fruit on the first day. On day two, this wine suffered a little, softened a bit too much (not quite flabby). Deep ruby color with no oxidation, clarity good. Aromas of pomegranate and cranberry. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry, and black tea with a hint of forest floor. This Pinot Noir has a medium to long finish. A balanced and flavorful Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley appellation from the estate in Quail Hill Vineyard. Bliss block is located just below Bliss House and was planted in 2000 to a mix of Dijon clones. This age worthy wine has more years of life left. I still have 3 bottles remaining in the cellar and will try another soon the validate this tasting note. Great fruit selection and great winemaking delivers a very special wine. I would have scored this wine a 94 yesterday; so when you open, plan to consume within 6 hours.

  Was worried it may be past it’s prime but far from the truth. Was a bit tight upon opening but on second day it had breathed a bit and was delicious! Deep complex flavors I was not expecting. If you have this in your Cellar, give it some time to open up and you will not be disappointed. Went very nicely with pizza as well as Mexican food.
