  This was an utter joy from start to finish over two days. Dark fruit, cassis, capsicum, cedar, tobacco, vanilla, chocolate, menthol aromas mingle beautifully on the nose. These flavours carry boldly through to the palate which has a full body and amazing length. Powerful yet elegant, this felt like pedigree Bordeaux with some Apalta exuberance. Really hitting its stride now, and for the next 5 years.

  Deep, dark, purple. Nice nose. Lovely mouth feel. But not up to the wine I had in Chile. Not bad or flawed. Still quite good just not as fresh and lively. My first purchase at Duty Free in Santiago. Have had great buys and quality in Buenos Aires Duty Free. Don't know if this is bottle variationn, storage or ??? Still nice but not what I was expecting.

  Color rojo rubi intenso, levemente teja, brillante, con muchos sedimentos (necesario decantar). Frutos rojos maduros y/sobremaduros, especias dulces, laurel, tomillo, vainilla, chocolate.   The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is heavy sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, fig, coffee, vanilla, black pepper, butterscotch, chocolate and alcohol/hot. It tastes like blackberry, vanilla, black pepper and chocolate. The body is medium/full. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
