This seemed plain. The fruit required coaxing. Very mild acidity. I like my Rose' wines to be more hedonistic crowd pleasers that you do not think twice about opening. This is neither a serious Rose' (like Bandol) or the typical Rose wines we drink that are more playful. Not sure what to make of it.
