Decanted and drank straight away - no real sediment. Initial aroma of cherries and a little mushroom/ soil.Fairly light but quite enjoyable. Evolved a bit over several hours, more pronounced earthiness, but last sips offered up intense raspberries. A really nice wine. Accompanied a crappy store-bought stew but also accompanied by the last 5 episodes of drops of god!
All in all a very nice wine and nice memory. Glad I have 1 more left, but won’t wait long.
