  Smooth and refined; classic Sangiovese. Doesn't show a real depth past mid-palate, but very enjoyable.

  Medium-ruby, with a hint of tawny color around the rim. Aging perfectly, now soft-feeling but maintaining the grape character. Went well with grilled Copper River salmon, grilled asparagus and grilled chicken dishes. Good to the last drop.
