  Love this Paso blend of Syrah, Cab and Zin. From the complex initial entry to the long and spicy finish this wine delivers big time. Smokey with pronounced tannins, decanting makes a big difference. Pairs beautifully with BBQ, pork loin and steak, but can be enjoyed by itself. It seems that all offerings from Calcareous consistently deliver quality.
