  Thursday, April 12, 2001 Pale yellow with wonderful glycerol in the glass. Nose of minerals, floral and honey. Nice mouthfeel and medium weight with a slight petrol feel (very nice). Flavors of honey, limestone and minerals with a somewhat spicy finish. Bone dry and very nice. With chevre and croissants. 4/12/01.
