  Cheerios, graham crackers, and Linalool on the nose. Crisp and slightly off-dry on the palate, with flavors of ... nothing. As a study in the concept of balancing acidity and sweetness, this is a singular wine.
  
  Sadly, the wine has virtually no flavor or character and finishes with a nice whiff of sulfur, so it's otherwise uninteresting, uninspiring, and unimpressive. Avoid.
