  Pale lemon-green, irregular narrow legs. Medium(-) developing aromas of lemon, green apple, thyme and mineral/granite. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol, medium(-) body. Medium ripe fruit flavours of apples, lemon, grapefruit underlain by mineral tones and saltiness. Balanced fruit and acidity, crisp texture. Good length with loads of zest in the finish, very even, focussed, and level flavour expression with no weak spots. A good elegant wine; had it with fish mezze.
