What I'd expect from a Chimney Rock cab. Silky, chocolate, medium bodied, medium/dark ruby, no hard edges. Stag's Leap all the way. Not overly complex, but a crowd-pleaser. I was pleasantly surprised by this one, I had not expected it to be this enjoyable.

Nice drinking wine. Smooth however finish is short. Drink soon as it won't cellar much longer.

Delicious wine! Classic Stags Leap, great black fruit, red plum, cedar and pencil lead. Silky tannins ans great long finish with dialed in acidity.
