  Interesting blend of Cab Franc (60%), 25% pinot noir and 15% Gamay Noir. Aged in cement vats - Nice wine and maybe its because I have never had un-oaked Cab Franc but the Gamay dominated the nose but the Cab Franc took over the palate with airtime. On nose, bright cherry, cherry cola, floral nose. On palate, light to medium body, high acidity (low ph), cherry, allspice primarily with sweet cherry on the medium length finish. This really improved with airtime. Great with leftover bbq pork tenderloin. Very food friendly. This grew on me - 90-91 range and will buy again. Will retaste tomorrow PM. [edit] Still rocking on night 2 - beautiful bright cherry fruit remains.
