  • Chalk dust on the nose. Lemon, apple and wet rocks on the palate. Bone dry (I mean really dry, not just by riesling standards), light bodied with high acidity and a lingering finish. Seems a bit out of balance to me. Leftovers paired decently well with salad lyonnaise, oddly enough.
