This is a fresh -tasting wine with low sweetness and acidic front. Middle as medium mouth and the finish was fruity and tart but the fruit seemed green and bitter.

Light quenching bit of fizz, hint of sweet, hint of cider apple, excellent balance. Good to the bottom of the bottle. My second visit to this wine in a few months and it confirms for me that Othegraven as a producer to seek out. Wish I had a case of this one.

High toned, clean and crisp, minerality dominates the nose, Verbena, floral, lemon/lime and apple. The palate is medium weight, highly textural, like licking a piece of slate with white field flowers and green apple sap. Interesting component having the quality of unflavored gelatin. Long finish for a Kabinett. I really like this wine and hard to put into words. This is a First Growth "Erste Lage" available for a pittance. It has slimmed down, becoming drier and less fruity with more elegance since release. Crunchy sediment on the last glass with a long life ahead. Purchased as direct import, stored accordingly and enjoyed 45-55 without food. Drink now - 10 years… Na zdrowie

This bottle disappointed. Tasted like a nice but nothing special Riesling. My wife was unimpressed: It was ok."

Burnished orange-gold. Ripe clementine fruit, apples, unctuous texture, bit of saline. Very nice.
