Light to medium body, the evolution of the 3 hours was wonderful. Light red to commence the proceeding, rose petal, cherries / red fruit and a hint of earthiness. Evolved into quite a savoury wine where earthiness and dark fruit dominate. Lovely freshness and a long finish. Does not quite the depth and complexity to be in the A league but excellent all the same.
Drink now to 4+ years.

Elegant and refined - the upper class of Pinot.

I paid $97 Au from the online website/cellar door. Hardly worth it.
