  An excellent cab that's showing very well right now. Decanted with aeration yielded a really big sweet bouquet. Balanced black fruit with nice earthy undertones, softened tannins and nice long finish. Paired well with BBW ribeyes, caramelized asparagus & smashed potatoes. An excellent 1st vintage start to their new winery.
