  This Pinot reminds me a bit of British humor.....it takes a while before you finally enjoy it. Nose muted upon opening, not much going on until a few hours later. Opens up nicely, especially day 2. Old World style pinot. Very nice balance. I preferred drinking this without food. Would absolutely buy again.
