Very smooth nose; but a tiny bit harsh on first taste.. may need to decant a little longer after 9 years in bottle. Earthy tones on the tongue; slightly plumy (?) flavors. Overall a good classic NorCal cabernet.. would recommend for the price

At a perfect Place right now! This represents a more elegant style of cali-cab, but with good length and persistance. A food friendly style with all the Classic Cab-elements.

More restrained than your average classic Cali-cab. Made lo last and needs some years in bottle to soften up. Still, true to it´s Cali roots!
